Its location on Tonsai beach, which was one of the best places we visited, fun, lively and had great bars
Fairly dirty, no electricity between 6am-6pm, a lot of bugs but in the middle of a forest, this was expected, a/c leaked... I would have preferred to stay on the beach all night rather than go back to the hotel

The balcony and view.
The room was not cleaned in the four days we were there. Service was minimal, but the room was ok.

The hotel was really nice, clean, was exactly what we expected after we read about it online.
It was a lot of work to get to the room. The room is 1/2 way to the lookout point. I got heat exhaustion while I was there, and it was incredibly difficult to climb the 200+ stairs to get up to the room... But the view was spectacular.
